Group members have agreed to the following as a means of being able to return to face-to-face meetings with shared responsibility for keeping each other as safe as possible.
Unless the Government or venue management committees mandate otherwise:
- Face coverings are optional, although most members expressed a view that they’d prefer not to wear them for meetings.
- All members must have received both Covid-19 vaccinations and any boosters if/when they become due.
- All members must be able to provide evidence of a negative lateral flow test prior to the meeting. Those who are working and taking in excess of 1 lateral flow test per week as part of their job - this will suffice.
- Do not attend if you have tested negative but immediate family members are isolating because they’ve tested positive.
- Social distancing when and where possible and in line with the venue’s social distancing requirements.
