Exciting times ahead

Brentwood Arts Council (BAC) has been in touch. It seems patchwork and quilting groups are not represented within BAC; they are now, as an affiliated member for the moment, with the potential of being involved in the Brentwood Arts Trail 2014, which is very exciting.

There should be something about the new group in BAC's November newsletter, fingers crossed.

So far, so good

Things are looking good  - there are now four people interested in coming along in January.

If your'e going to the Region 8 (of the Quilter's Guild) Regional Day on October 27, you'll be able to pick up a flyer.

New for January 2013

Warley & Childerditch Quilters is a new patchwork and quilting group starting January 2013 in the Brentwood area. All abilities welcome, including beginners.

A minimum of 10 regular members required to get the group off the group.
